Before I started coaching with Brenda, I was struggling to really know and speak my voice. I had spurts of it, but over the past 3 months, I have really grown in confidence. I also was challenged with being really affected by others' energy.

Now I am recognizing and speaking my truth in a loving, empowered way. I feel more confident to be who I am and share my gifts in a much bigger way and even though I am very intuitive and sensitive, I have learned how to stay grounded in my own energy, despite any outer circumstances.

I am having so much fun being who I am and sharing my gifts now that I know myself better!

I learned how to really breathe with spirit when I'm making changes in my life. I've finally opened up my creative writing and started a blog.

Connecting with Brenda is transformative in itself.

We call upon people in our lives to bring out our truth and Brenda is one amazing powerhouse of inspiration. Before I worked with her I did not recognize my true self, let alone spoke my truth, nor trust my inner voice completely.

I was going through the motions where I didn’t feel confident and I actually feared my gifts and talents. Brenda gave me guidance and healing through her teachings and spirit readings. When I listen to her Spirit Connection CD, I know deep within my spirit that I AM “AMAZING” and “RE-AWAKENING.” (I still listen to the CD when I need a pick me up.)

Brenda, who is a gifted healer, created a safe environment for me to express my desires and talents. She shared her story and taught me to listen with my heart and spirit. She is an example of a person with great compassion and heart. She showed me that I can follow my spirit and I can use my unique gifts to help others.

My favourite thing about working with Brenda is, she is always cheering you on, and as I’m growing, she reminds me that she is also growing. This beautiful mirror and connection has kept me on my journey and I’ve moved out of my ‘comfort zone’ many times. I learned how to really breathe with spirit when I’m making changes in my life. I’ve finally opened up my creative writing and started a blog.

I’ve even created a website that allows people to see my gifts and services. My clients are now sharing it with their family and friends. I’m actually moving with the waves of life instead of fighting them. What a relief!!! Deep BREATH... AHHHHH!!!
